Definitions and Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The dada 8 website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who has created an account on dada 8 and is using the services.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile through which the platform is accessed.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional reward offered by dada 8, given subject to specific conditions.
• "Transaction" — Any financial activity related to deposits, withdrawals, or wagering.
• "Prohibited Activity" — Any action explicitly forbidden under these Terms.

Words in the singular also include the plural and vice versa. Where the words "including" or "such as" are used, the list given is not exhaustive.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to participate on the dada 8 platform is 21 years. Anyone under the age of 21 may not create an account or use the platform under any circumstances. Age is verified at the time of each registration and a copy of an identity document may be requested if needed.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are operated from the same device or network, dada 8 reserves the right to suspend or close those accounts and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Complete, truthful, and up-to-date information must be provided at registration — including name, email, mobile number, and date of birth. If false or misleading information is provided, dada 8 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.4 Password and Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on dada 8 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Unless a specific maximum is stated, the deposit amount must fall within the standard method limit for each transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits or withdrawals. Transactions made using a third-party account will be considered void and the related funds may be held.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

Five promotions are available for active members on the platform: the weekly dada 8 Deposit Gift, the dada 8 Cricket Festival Bonus, Friday Night Special Offer, the dada 8 Birthday Reward, and Refer a Friend Get dada 8. Each offer has its own eligibility conditions, detailed on the promotions page.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, it may not be withdrawn directly without first meeting the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dada 8 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• A bonus is not guaranteed money — it is a conditional incentive.

VIP Programme

The dada 8 VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP tier advancement depends on regular activity and playing patterns. Specific benefits are provided at each tier, but these may change without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:

• Accessing the platform or placing bets using any automated software, bot, or script.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) between two or more accounts to meet bonus requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems, software, or network.
• Stealing another user's information or using their identity.
• Behaving in an offensive manner or making threats toward platform staff.

User Responsibilities and Acknowledgements

7.1 Voluntary Participation

The user acknowledges that they are participating on the platform entirely of their own free will and with full awareness. Online betting and casino activities carry financial risk, and the user bears full responsibility for any losses.

7.2 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the dada 8 platform — logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, design elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of dada 8 or its third-party suppliers. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.

The intellectual property rights for game software and content belong to the respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. dada 8 makes no claim over these.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any ongoing bets must be settled and wagering requirements met before the account is closed. The available balance may then be requested for withdrawal.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by dada 8

dada 8 may suspend or close any account without prior notice if prohibited activity, a breach of the Terms, failure to cooperate with the verification process, or evidence of fraud is found. In such cases, there is no obligation to return any forfeited bonus or balance.

Privacy and Data Protection

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Data is transferred to third parties only in the specific circumstances described in the Privacy Policy.

Support and Dispute Resolution

For any issue, the dada 8 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support is available in both Bengali and English via live chat and email.

For any dispute regarding an account or transaction, contact us first via live chat or email. dada 8 will review the complaint carefully and respond in writing. dada 8's decision is final in resolving all disputes, though users may always pursue the relevant legal channels.

Changes to Terms

dada 8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. In the event of a change, a notification will be sent to the registered email or a notice will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

If you do not wish to accept the updated Terms, you must request to close your account. If the applicable balance is withdrawable at that time, the standard withdrawal process may be followed.

Limitation of Liability

dada 8 is not directly liable for any financial loss incurred by the user through betting or gaming activity on the platform. Liability is limited for any loss caused by technical issues, server disruptions, internet connectivity problems, or issues with third-party payment providers. However, dada 8 always endeavours to resolve such issues promptly.

Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and dada 8 does not guarantee any specific winnings.

Applicable Law

These Terms have been drawn up and are governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the relevant legal authority.
